Our story started back in 2012 out of the back of a rusty Ford F-150. My brother and I, both born and raised right here in the shadow of the Niagara Escarpment, decided we were tired of seeing our neighbors struggle with patchy, weed-filled yards. Growing up playing baseball at Churchill Park, we knew firsthand how tough the local clay-heavy soil can be on a good patch of grass.
Today, our vision is simple: we believe every family and business in the Hamilton area deserves a lush, green outdoor space without having to spend their entire summer sweating over it. We handle everything from complete lawn replacements, grading & soil preparation, and commercial sod installation to the finer details of lawn repair, grub control, and lawn fertilization. Born in Ancaster and a proud McMaster University alumni, Mark is the driving force behind Sod Installation Hamilton. He handles our initial consultations and ensures that every sod installation project is priced fairly and planned perfectly. When he is not quoting new sodding jobs, you can usually find him hiking the beautiful Dundas Valley trails with his golden retriever, Buster.
Sarah brings incredible expertise to our team as a former turf management specialist who spent years working at top local golf courses. She flawlessly coordinates our grading and soil preparation crews to ensure your property has the perfect foundation. Sarah also knows exactly how to beat the local Japanese beetle populations, making her an invaluable asset to our lawn care services.
Dave oversees the hands-on work of our sodding projects. Having played junior hockey in the Hamilton area, he brings that exact same hard-working, dedicated team spirit to our job sites.
